The Innovation Leadership Map is a simple but deeply grounded evidence-based diagnostic for innovation leadership performance. It consists of six experience scales that capture the performance drivers of innovation leadership. These scales are based on research with repeat innovation leaders to capture experiences that drive or derail quality of work or quality of life.
Every leader is unique and responds to a situation uniquely. That is why the six experience scales accommodate the widest possible array of responses. When one or more of these scales hits a high or low energy state is when destructive responses occur. The goal is to spend as much time in the performance zone of constructive responses.
