The specific methods are specific to you and your needs. I use a deep library of frameworks and tools. They are supercharged by my training in psychoanalytic listening, observation and diagnosis techniques to allow groups to progress more quickly and meaningfully.
Psychodynamic means we can safely identify and work through hidden assumptions, behaviours or beliefs that operate individually and systemically in every organization. The goal is to effectively work out what hinders goal achievement to enable your strengths to realize their full potential.
