May I introduce myself?
My goal is to develop the most effective innovation leaders in society. By effective innovation leaders, I mean self-aware, inspired and resilient professionals who motivate others toward improved societal and commercial outcomes by making new ideas real.
My research mapping the psychodynamics of repeat innovation leaders was awarded distinction by INSEAD, the leading global business school based in Fontainebleau, France. The insight and practical knowledge that made this research possible came from my experiences leading innovation.
My leadership work developing leaders and teams with Apple, Google, American Express, Barclays and the Bank for International Settlements resulted in over 200 awards and patents.
Recently, I repatriated back home to Vancouver after 13 years of living and working in London and Paris. My wish is to work with highly capable, compassionate and courageous professionals. Through psychodynamically guided methods I coach, train and assess innovation leadership dynamics of individuals, teams and organizations.
